Refund policy

We do not except refund on custom orders. 

Please inspect goods when they arrive. If there is a problem with the order, please call within 10 days from purchase to arrange return and/or replacement of merchandise. Any damage occurring during shipment needs to be reported to the carrier immediately at time of delivery and the shipping box saved.

Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.

Special orders are not eligible for return.
