Shipping policy

Most orders ship same day if ordered by 2pm CST with UPS Ground.

We pay ground shipping and insurance charges on every package within the continental U.S. A small $5.00 process fee is added to each order regardless of size or payment method. If a product is needed sooner, the customer is able to choose Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Service and is responsible for any extra shipping expense.

Ship times are set by the carrier and Richards is not responsible if carrier is unable to fulfill forecasted shipping schedule.
